We do not offer returns or exchanges due to sizing, fit, or change of heart. So please double-check your order details before confirming. We want you to love your purchase the moment it arrives.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item 👉🏼 we got you, Pretty. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.🤞🏾🫂💕

• Your full name
• Order number
• A clear photo of the issue

Once we verify the concern, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit based on the situation.

• We do not accept returns for digital products (like workbooks or downloads)
• Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged and a replacement is unavailable
• We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered
